Managing data quality without automation is notoriously hard to scale. Qualytics provides a scalable solution for the entire data quality lifecycle, enabling Subject Matter Experts and Data Engineers to collaborate on data quality at scale through advanced automation and intelligent workflows.
The Opportunity
Reporting directly to the CTO, the Solutions Engineer will leverage technical expertise to effectively demonstrate the value of the Qualytics platform to existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, possesses strong communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Work closely with the Qualytics engineering team to document customer product feedback
- Work with existing customers to deliver product onboarding and provide troubleshooting support.
- Deliver deep technical demos of the product to prospective customers.
- Technical point of contact for prospective customers during the evaluation process.
- Effectively communicate across departments to assist in meeting organizational objectives.
- Deep understanding of the observability/data quality technology space and competitive solutions.
- Document and monitor requirements needed to institute proposed updates in relation to customer experience
- Work alongside project management teams to successfully monitor progress and implementation of initiatives.
- Account for possible project challenges or constraints and proactively seek to manage challenges.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers, attend events, and support sales activities.
The Qualifications
- 3 years in an engineering role at a technology company.
- Proficient in python and sql languages. Bonus if any infrastructure experience
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Basic knowledge of networking and security practices.
- Experience working with customers and documenting requirements.
- Strong understanding of data quality concepts and technologies, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
- Enjoy and thrive working in a team environment.
- Ability to work across departments to facilitate the implementation of product features
- High energy with a passion for learning.
