We bring trusted
data to the enterprise
Qualytics exists to make trusted data the standard. We’re a team of former CDOs, CTOs, data engineers, and operators who have experienced firsthand how hard it is to get ahead of data quality issues. Today, our platform helps make proactive data quality a reality at scale—and we're just getting started.
Our Mission
The Qualytics Mission
We’re building a world where enterprises can trust their data by default. Qualytics makes data quality proactive and collaborative, so teams catch issues early, align around shared context, and turn data into a reliable foundation for decisions, analytics, and AI.
Why we exist
Why we started Qualytics
Qualytics began with a shared frustration. Our founders spent years leading data programs inside complex, high-stakes environments where they were constantly chasing data quality improvements. We like to call this problem expensive whack-a-mole, where data leaders are putting out constant fires with expensive resources.

Gorkem and Eric built Qualytics
to make data quality suck less.
They knew that utilizing AI & ML methods in a human-augmentation manner could shoulder most of the heavy lifting of DQ, and that business and data teams should have a co-ownership model to manage DQ at enterprise scale. Today, by combining automation with human context, Qualytics makes data quality proactive and sustainable rather than an endless, reactive cycle of after-the-fact repairs.

Meet the Team

A seasoned technologist and entrepreneur, Gorkem previously co-founded Facet and Scene Health, and was the Co-Founder & Managing Director of the Johns Hopkins Medicine Technology Innovation Center. His work has spanned fintech, digital health, and enterprise data, with a consistent focus on building systems that deliver meaningful impact at scale.
Originally from Cyprus, Gorkem came to the United States on a Fulbright Scholarship. He earned a B.S. in Computer Science from The University of Kansas and an MSE in Computer Science and Surgical Robotics from Johns Hopkins University, where he is now an Adjunct Assistant Professor. He is a frequent speaker on data, AI, innovation, and entrepreneurship. He is an avid Lego builder and lives in Maryland with his wife Dotti, dog Tilly, and cat Luna.

Eric guides the product strategy behind the Qualytics data quality platform. A hands-on technology and business leader for nearly 25 years, Eric has built and delivered large-scale systems across global markets, including major initiatives for Bank of America, IBM, and PG&E.
He previously held CTO and engineering leadership roles at Interos, HealthPrize, and Social Tables, where he helped early-stage companies scale their teams, products, and operations. At Qualytics, he applies deep expertise in machine learning, modern cloud architectures, and data-driven risk intelligence to redefine enterprise data quality, empowering organizations to autonomously detect anomalies and trust their data at scale.

At Qualytics, Nicole leads all aspects of marketing from positioning and product narrative to demand generation, content, and brand, to help the company accelerate growth. As a five-time marketing leader, Nicole has a proven record of transforming scrappy go-to-market ideas into repeatable revenue programs for growth-stage SaaS companies, including Tackle (acquired by AppDirect) and Onum (acquired by CrowdStrike).
Across her career, she has defined categories, shifted business models, built engines that generate millions in pipeline, and repositioned companies to win in the enterprise. She’s known for blending strategy, storytelling, and execution while also scaling teams with clarity and purpose. Nicole also founded and led the Atlanta chapter of Pavilion for many years. After stepping back from that role, she enjoys advising early-stage startups and partnering with them to find their footing and sharpen their competitive edge.

Tonni leads Sales efforts at Qualytics, partnering closely with Marketing and Customer Success to create a joint GTM strategy. With more than a decade of experience driving revenue growth in high-performance SaaS organizations, Tonni is known for building scalable sales motions and empowering teams to exceed targets.
Before joining Qualytics, Tonni held executive and leadership roles at Twilio, where she helped build the mid-market sales segment, Daily, where she built an enterprise sales motion, and Terminus, where she scaled the company from zero to $20M in ARR and was recognized with multiple industry awards for sales leadership. A lifelong learner and community builder, Tonni is active in the Atlanta startup community.

Tilly brings joy, energy, and the occasional tennis ball to Qualytics meetings. As Chief Happiness Officer, she specializes in morale boosting, stress reduction, and reminding the team that sometimes the best solution is a walk around the block. With a nose for trouble, she’s also remarkably good at sniffing out anomalies whether it’s a suspicious data spike or a forgotten snack under a desk. She reports directly to the CEO and takes her role very seriously—especially when it comes to sales calls during her lunch hour.
