With automated tag management, Alation-managed tags on data assets are seamlessly synchronized into Qualytics, streamlining operations and reporting without the need for repetitive tasks. For example, a Critical Data Element may be tagged as such (say “CDE”) within Alation. That tag would be automatically synchronized to Qualytics, and can be configured to drive a downstream workflow when anomalies from that data asset (with the tag) are encountered. Additionally, Qualytics’ event bus pattern enhances auto-sync capabilities, ensuring real-time synchronization of metadata and data quality scores between the two systems.
